Service Guarantee

Quotes and Invoicing

We guarantee that we will turn up on on the day and within fifteen minutes of the time agreed for the purpose of surveying, estimating and preparing a quote.

We guarantee that we will telephone you with the quotation within 24 hours of the estimating survey.

Starting Times

We guarantee that we will commence work on the day agreed.

We guarantee that we will arrive for work each day within fifteen minutes either way of the agreed start time.

Quality Inspection

We guarantee that at the end of each day (providing either yourself or a representative is present) we will not leave your premises without explaining the work that has been done and give you the opportunity to comment on its quality.

We guarantee that any defects identified during the quality inspection will be put right within one week of their identification.  In the event that it takes longer for any defects to be put right you will receive a refund of £25.00

Courtesy and Respect

We guarantee that you will be treated courteously by our staff at all times.

We guarantee that we will treat your property and belongings with care and respect at all times.

We guarantee that we will clean and make good any mess or untidiness at the end of each days work leaving your property as we found it.

Notes

The above does not affect your statutory rights.

Any amount credited to the customer will be deducted from the final bill.

A customer who has complained and been compensated according to the 'Service Guarantee' will not be entitled to any other compensation, and acceptance of the compensation by the customer will be considered a waiving of any additional claim.

All the undertakings in this guarantee will remain valid, apart from cases of force majeure that prevent their fulfilment.  In such cases we reserve the right to act in accordance with conditions at the time, even if this does not correspond with the contents of the guarantee.

Each complaint will be credited with one single compensation, that being the one of greatest value from among those noted above.
